Recall that last year we decided not to hold a series of hybrid meetings for the various groups on a single day called "Breakout Day," as we had done for several years previously. Instead, as we did last year, we’re asking the groups (listed below) to review the past year, including accomplishments, and set goals for the upcoming year in their usual monthly or weekly meetings before the CoMeet. Each group should take notes and place a copy in a subfolder of the 2026 CoMeet folder on sharepoint (link below). There will be an additional opportunity for the groups to meet at the CoMeet itself. Here are the groups: -Communications/Workplace Culture -Gas -Geology -Geophysics -Monitoring Networks -Remote Sensing We're asking the groups to please have the notes uploaded to the sharepoint link copied below by COB Tuesday Jan. 20, which is in two weeks. That will give AVO management a chance to review the notes before CoMeet. Note also that the groups can go back and review the goals they set prior to last year's CoMeet, which are in the sharepoint folder for the 2025 CoMeet, under the subfolder "2024 Accomplishments."
