Shishaldin (YELLOW/ADVISORY): The barest hint of a thermal anomaly was visible in one VIIRS mid-IR image on 20 Dec 2025 at 12:50 UTC. The plume was faintly visible in satellite and webcam views, blowing directly toward station BRPK. Mostly clear Sentinel-2 image from 2025-12-19T22:18:39.024000Z shows no evidence of elevated temps in SWIR.
