(11) Volcanic Activity Summary: | Activity of the volcano gradually increases. According to videodata by RAS, hot avalanches at the southeastern flank of the lava dome were observing last several hours - probably an extrusive eruption of the volcano occurrs. Strong ash explosions up to 10-15 km a.s.l. could occur at any time. KVERT continues to monitor Bezymianny volcano.
Activity of the volcano gradually increases. Strong ash explosions up to 32,800-49,200 ft (10-15 km) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft. |
