(11) Volcanic Activity Summary: | An extrusive eruption of the volcano continues. Large hot avalanches continue to collapsed on the eastern slopes of the lava dome, the ash from which rise up to 4.5-5 km a.s.l., and an ash plume is moving to the northwest of the volcano.
An extrusive eruption of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 10-15 km (32,800-49,200 ft) a.s.l. could occur during next 1-3 days. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft. |
