A moderate gas-steam activity of the volcano continues. Satellite data by KVERT showed a weak thermal anomaly over the volcano.

A weak eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Satellite data by KVERT showed a gas-steam plume containing some amount of ash drifted for about 157 km to the east-southeast from the volcano.

A strong gas-steam activity of the volcano continues. Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano.

EBEKO VOLCANO (CAVW #290380)
50.69 N, 156.01 E; Elevation 3792 ft (1156 m)

A moderate gas-steam activity of the volcano continues. According to visual data by volcanologists from Severo-Kurilsk, explosions sent ash up to 1.5 km a.s.l. Satellite data by KVERT showed the volcano was quiet.
