Satellite data by KVERT showed the volcano was obscured by clouds. KARYMSKY VOLCANO (CAVW #300130) 54.05 N, 159.44 E; Elevation 1486 m (4874 ft) Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE A moderate eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Satellite data by KVERT showed ash plume extended for 9 km to the east of the volcano; a thermal anomaly over the volcano. BEZYMIANNY VOLCANO (CAVW #300250) 55.97 N, 160.6 E; Elevation 2882 m (9453 ft) Aviation Colour Code is YELLOW A moderate activity of the volcano continues.
