(11) Volcanic Activity Summary: | The eruptive activity of Klyuchevskoy volcano continues. Satellite and video data by KVERT showed an ash column rose up to 6-6.5 km a.s.l., and an ash plume is extending for 50 km to the north-west of the volcano.
The activity of the volcano continues. A danger of ash rising up to 7 km (23,000 ft) a.s.l. remains. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft. |
