Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE

A growth of the lava dome continues, a strong fumarolic activity, and an incandescence of the dome blocks accompanies this process. Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano.

KLYUCHEVSKOY VOLCANO (CAVW #300260)
56.06 N, 160.64 E; Elevation 4750 m (15580 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE

A moderate explosive-effusive eruption of the volcano continues. The Strombolian and gas-steam with a small amount of ash activity were observed. A lava flow continues to effuse along the southern flank of the volcano. Satellite data showed a large bright thermal anomaly in an area of the volcano; a gas-steam plume extended for 72 km to the east-northeast of the volcano.

KARYMSKY VOLCANO (CAVW #300130)
54.05 N, 159.44 E; Elevation 1486 m (4874 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE

A moderate activity of the volcano continues. Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano.
