Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly over the volcano. An ash cloud 160x65 km in size continues to move to the northwest of the volcano. At 07:30 UTC on 19 October, an ash cloud was located approximately 786 km northwest of the volcano.\n\nAn extrusive-effusive eruption of the volcano continues.
