(11) Volcanic Activity Summary:Strombolian-type of explosive eruption of the Klyuchevskoy volcano is observing from 11:23 UTC on June 22, 2023. The bright thermal anomaly over the volcano is noting at satellite images. KVERT continues to monitor the volcano.

A moderate activity of the volcano continues. Aerosol plumes with some amount of ash could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.
