(11) Volcanic Activity Summary:According to data by Tokyo VAAC, explosions sent ash up to 6 km a.s.l. about 1550 UTC on 21 August. Ash plume continues to drift to the south-west of the volcano.

A moderate eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 19,700-23,000 ft (6-7 km) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircrafts.
