Ash explosions of the volcano were noted last time on 29 July, 2020. The temperature of the thermal anomaly over the volcano was low in August, and the thermal anomaly was noted on 21 August last time. The volcano is quiet at now. KVERT continues to monitor Karymsky volcano.\n\nA moderate gas-steam activity of the volcano continues. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.
