Satellite data by KVERT showed: explosions sent ash up to 3.5 km a.s.l., and ash plume is extending for 35 km to the southeast of the volcano.\n\nA moderate eruptive activity of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 7-8 km (23,000-26,200 ft) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircrafts.
