Not all of these volcanoes had eruptions in historical time, however they are potentially active and therefore are of concern to aviation. A growth of the lava dome continues, a strong fumarole activity, and an incandescence of the lava dome, explosions, and hot avalanches accompanies this process. Ash explosions up to 10 km (32,800 ft) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft. The extrusive-effusive eruption of the volcano continues, a strong fumarole activity, and an incandescence of the lava dome, and hot avalanches accompanies this process. Strong collapses of hot avalanches on the eastern flank of the lava dome were occurring on 23-26 May, ash clouds rose up to 5 km a.s.l.
