The explosions sent ash up to 2 km a.s.l., an ash plume was moving to the east of the volcano. KVERT continues to monitor Chikurachki volcano.\n\nAn eruptive activity of the volcano is observing. Ash explosions up to 6 km (19,700 ft) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.
