I am sorry - we don't have this book in PDF or hard copy form, either. I was able to photograph the pages I was interested in by visiting the rare book room of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Library. If you knew what pages you were interested in, I could go photograph those (assuming it is not the whole book - that would take a large amount of time.)
