Hello Andries - Rohl may have been talking about an eruption from Aniakchak - in about 17th century B.C. This was a large eruption and could have had a significant effect on the climate. However, it was likely one of several large volcanic eruptions with climatic impacts, including Mt. St. Helens, Vesuvius, and others. Thank you for your interest, Cheryl -------- Andries Martinson wrote: Sir, Professor David M. Rohl an archaeologist, in his book: "The Lost Testament",P50, 2002, ISBN 0 7126 6993 0, refers to a cataclysmic volcano outburst in the Aleutian Islands that caused a mini ice age, at about 3119BCE. Do you know about such a volcano ?
