Hello Scott - Atmospheric conditions have made Redoubt's vapor plume more visible than usual, lately. It's still a cooling lava dome. Glad you enjoy the site, Cheryl -------- Scott Seidl wrote: Last year I bookmarked the redoubt webpage as the eruption was going on. I still use that web page as my entry point into your site to monitor other volcano (i.e. Cleveland). As I have been checking lately the seems to be more steam coming from Redoubt. Have you noticed any changes or is it still the lava dome cooling? Thanks for the great information. -- Cheryl Cameron Geologist, Alaska Volcano Observatory Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys voice: 907-451-5012 fax: 907-451-5050
