Hi Michael, the webicorders are showing current data (Augustine for example: http://www.avo.alaska.edu/webicorders/Augustine/AUH_EHZ_AV.php). There was a bug which was causing the "Image Last Updated" timestamp to not update. However, if you look at the actual seismic image itself, you'll see the date/time from today (down the left side of the image). Our webcams are mostly solar/battery powered, so during the winter they don't take near as many pictures as during the summer, sometimes only a picture or two per month. Hope that answers your question. Thanks! -Seth -------- Michael Fleming wrote: I am not a geologist, volcanologist, or anything, just a layman. I do like to look at current activity, webcams, webicorders, and so on, just as a hobby. I am curious, what happened to your website? No current seismic recordings? Any plans in the near future to keep this website up to date? -- Seth Snedigar Alaska Volcano Observatory Alaska Division of Geological and Geophysical Surveys seth.snedigar@alaska.gov 907-451-5033 http://www.avo.alaska.edu/
