Hi Sebastian - Although we use spectrograms of our seismic data, we don't know of a way for you to access them right now, although you could probably make one from the seed files we send to IRIS. We don't see anything remarkable in recent Redoubt data, but most seismograms show all kinds of telemetry and instrument noise, and even things like aircraft. Thanks, cheryl -------- Sebastian Hartmann wrote: dear scientists, i have just seen a spectrographic conversion of a live feed of seismographic data from REDOUBT, which is an alaska vulcano, i believe. there is some interesting sweep in that data which might be interference, but nevertheless, i work with audio alot, and i am interested in making the seismic data audible (record lots of frames and then frequency shift). is there any way to access such a live feed as a civil private person? i'd be thankful for any info, i am absolutely willing to share any useful results i would produce. thanks, best, sEbastian -- Cheryl Cameron Geologist, Alaska Volcano Observatory Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys voice: 907-451-5012 fax: 907-451-5050
