[Public Email] Quasi-Realistic Scenario - Incident Response Planning
--------------------------------------------------------------- The following message was sent to you via AVO Web Email System: --------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Sean Hagan Email Address: sean.hagan@alaska.edu Subject: Quasi-Realistic Scenario - Incident Response Planning Message: Hi - I'm trying to put together a relatively realistic incident response scenario involving a massive volcanic eruption and/or seismic event. I wonder if someone would be willing to trade a few emails with me or even hop on a Zoom call for a few minutes to discuss some worst-case scenarios (and some more realistic ones) as I try to work around the UA System on response planning for various potential natural (and man-made) disasters? Hoping to discuss a scenario involving significant ash dispersal essentially cutting off air service for ANC and FAI, combined with a seismic event that severs undersea data cables (possibly similar to the recent Tonga incident?). Thanks for your time and any information you can share!
