Hi Michael - Well, the Duty Sci really did send the report out as ORANGE/WARNING, which is allowed under the current notification scheme (https://volcanoes.usgs.gov/vhp/alert_icons.html ) but I bet they did mean ORANGE/WATCH. At any rate, it's RED/WARNING now, and I'll ask them to be careful whenever we do move it back to ORANGE.
