The wind was blowing it in a north direction, and you could see the cloud coming off the mountain top was changing as the wind pushed it. Where it came off the top of the mountain didnt change. Curious to find out if anyone has reported this. The mountain i saw was located half way in-between Juneau and Haines, located on the left side of the channel if you were heading up to Haines.
