I realize that they are not essential for studying volcanoes. I see them as a general observation and public relations tool. I hope that the cameras that you have removed from your web pages will be restored in the near future. I expect there are many reasons and problems that effect the cameras and maintenance of all equipment. I wish it were possible to have a camera at every volcano. Perhaps the State of Alaska should see this as a way to promote Alaska by placing and maintaining cameras through out the state.
