Hi Bryce - I emailed Mr. Caporn and asked him to contact you about giving permission for you to use his photo, so hopefully you hear back from him soon. You can also search for Pavlof images taken by AVO individuals - for most of those people, I'm sure you could get a signed permission form (and the ones taken by federal government employees shouldn't need one, as they are without copyright - search for last names of Waythomas, Read, Almandmoss (he's USCG, so also federal).
