Hi Katie - AVO is a three-agency organization. One of our agencies, the University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical Institute gives regular tours during the summer that include AVO, along with lots of other cool research that happens at the GI: http://news.uaf.edu/geophysical-institute/ I am not sure what other Observatories offer - you directly contacting them would be best.
