Ever since the server outage in Fairbanks a couple weeks ago, web cam video footage is now at least 1 day old, and sometimes as much as 3 days old, at many of the sites. https://avo.alaska.edu/webcam/gsitkin_gsig.php# for instance, shows June 21 in the video right now, but the still image is dated the 25th. Not sure if you're aware. Thanks!
