Hi Linda -- it's pretty normal for Redoubt to be steaming, this time of year makes for pretty good conditions to see the steam. We do have several instruments on Redoubt, one of the stations readouts can be seen here: http://www.avo.alaska.edu/webicorders/Redoubt/ Thanks! -Seth -------- linda thiele wrote: We are continuing to see activity from the caldera on Mt Redoubt. Daily, we see steam rising to approximately 15000 ft. Are there monitors in the Mt Redoubt area? We live directly east of Mt Spurr, along Cook Inlet, so we have a stellar view of all the mountains from Mt. Iliamna to Mt. McKinley.
