Hello Michael - Yes, that does look like a picture of Dutton instead of Frosty. Oddly, we don't seem to have this photo in our own image database. Please email the general inquiries email account at the Smithsonian GVP and ask them to a) get a new picture of Frosty and b) change the caption of their current image. Their contact info is on this page: http://www.volcano.si.edu/gvp_contact.cfm (AVO and the SI GVP are separate databases on separate platforms with separate data managers - I can't just change the image's information.) Thank you, Cheryl -------- Michael Livingston wrote: Dear AVO: Can you help the Smithsonian get the picture of Frosty Peak right? They have a picture instead of Mount Dutton. And they give credit to Christina Neal, 1997, AVO. Here is a link to their site with the wrong mountain: http://www.volcano.si.edu/volcano.cfm?vn=312010 -- Cheryl Cameron Geologist, Alaska Volcano Observatory Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys voice: 907-451-5012 fax: 907-451-5050
