Hi Michael, I've fixed the webicorder images, so they should be displaying again (for volcanoes where the network actually is working). We have people out in the aleutians right now working on some networks, so hopefully we'll be able to get few back online. As far as Wrangell goes, there's no plans this summer to get it working again, hopefully in the next couple of years or so.
