Hello Dale - We haven't moved or visited OKIF recently, so if the view is different, it's because a storm may have moved the camera's mount. But I think it might be pointing in the same place, and there's a sneaky fog bank in the way. Clearer weather will reveal all! As far as the other cameras go - I recently cleaned up the list of non-functioning cameras. Some we don't expect will return with better weather/solar panels charging again/ice melting off antenna. If any of the others do, we'll add them back to the website. Thanks, cheryl -------- Dale Whittier wrote: I'm happy to see the Okmok volcano web cam working again. The view seems different from the previous camera's clear day image. Are You trying to look north toward Bogoslof island? Also, several cameras are no longer listed on your web page. Will they be restored or not? -- Cheryl Cameron Geologist, Alaska Volcano Observatory Alaska Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys voice: 907-451-5012 fax: 907-451-5050
