I'm not a Dish subscriber, so I don't know if their channels 70 and 7040 are available outside Alaska. Of course, these programs on GCI cable are available only in Alaska. Anyone who wants to watch these programs elsewhere has to watch them streamed online live, when they first air. They are not available as podcasts to be played whenever someone might want to watch.
