Hello Thomas - Although Dan Leary gave AVO permission to use the image, as a private citizen, he doesn't have to make it public domain. In our eruption frenzy, we didn't ask him for information on *other* groups/people using his photograph. The right thing to do would be to contact him. I can work on this, but its likely to take time. Thanks for asking - we appreciate it.
